Meditation
When you first begin to practice meditation, it is advisable for you to find a quiet place where you can relax without being disturbed. Try to find some place away from the turmoil and bustle of busy life. The place can be a room, garden, your bedroom - any place where it is convenient for you. Once you find a place, stick to it. Don’t keep shifting the place of practice.
As your meditation progresses, you can begin to practice the exercise at the place of your daily work. There is no need to go into constant seclusion. Remember that when you have develop your meditation, and you can effectively cut off the external disturbances, anywhere can be a good place to meditate.
